Hello TE,
2 weeks back I got into contact with a Reliance rep for a BB connection. In the past year I had applied 3 times and never had my connection activated but this time he told me that he had recently installed a new connection in my building and that there were 7-8 open ports in my area. He took a cheque of Rs 500/- and like always promised me a connection. Now after 7 days he started ignoring my calls. After complaining to CC and Nodal office I found out that no ports were empty in my area and I will have to wait 45 days to get my money back.
I'm very unhappy with this and would like to escalate this issue. Reliance Nodal office [Maharashtra] seems quite incapable of handling the simplest request let alone mine therefore would like to know that I have any other options? Any help would be appreciated.
