Guys, i want to change my isp. Currently i'm on bsnl. Does not want any FUP Plan.

Reliance service is crap! I have applied for a new connection 10 months back and still they don't even have guts to respond if they will be able to provide me with a broadband connection. Very bad experience, I will never go for their service, else your luck..
If you main aim is to download via Torrent, then go for Reliance Thunder Plans.
They only suck in browsing & pings.
Other wise they are very well priced for zero FUP plans.
^^Then definitely its not meant for you. Pings are high for most of the time, for this even i have stopped playing online games(+ve for me).
On the other hand, DNS always have some issues & websites open annoyingly slow esp youtube(some time fast/some time slow/some time u need to restart modem/connection).
Its only meant for downloading Torrents, no FUP, no Torrent Throttling etc.
