Took a new connection when i reached here in mumbai, Got it recharged with 99 rupees recharge for gprs to use it my phone to check mail and messenger, also recharged with 400 rupees which fetch me some 372 or so TT and some promo of 28.. today morning when i woke up my balance is RS.0.06:S:S, called up the CC where none knows even english( Pity on the billion dollar company) , After 15 minutes of long wait they picked up and told be online to check up the details , another long 10 minutes with their bull Shi** music on background...:@:@ and he came up with conclusion u have used up all ur 3GB and it exceeded... i was like.. WTF...Just checking mail and using messenger , 3GB data in 1 week....gr8 findings..... i used DoCoMo back home and used to recharge for 48 bucks for 2gb and never couldnt cross 1 gb mark by 1 month.... all my 274 bucks gone in a flash...bloody sucke*s..:@:@:@

just wanna switch over from this bull Shi** network... how many days it will take to get the MNP done guys?

no no.. 2 days back also i noticed same thing , tht time my balance was 13 bucks or something , so recharged and switched my network to GSM only from DUAL mode....

Yup, coz then all the balance will be used within 40 MB of data(10p/10kB=37.2MB/372 rs) or your GPRS pack is not active.

Also rather than writing to nodal officer, find a Reliance World and get the problem cleared there or email on customerservice@relianceada

Either way, irrespective of whether you get your money back or no, reliance is known for its money sucking ways, but this is true for all the big telcos like vodafone, airtel, tata docomo....
 
Once when your pack is active you would get a confirmation message.
Also when i had activated my pack last time i used to call the number *369 and would have to hear the balance.
You would hear the balance in tune of 25k rupees :lol:
Well that when they mean your data counted in 10p/10kb analogy.
Then dial *367# for your actual balance.
Subtract the amount you would get your approx data balance.

Dear Customer, your a/c has been recharged with Rs 99 for GPRS.Amt payable is Rs99. Thank U. For GPRS settings, SMS ALL to 55100.Reliance

i got this msg when i recharged for 99... also im not getting balance amount when i dial *367#, when i call only they r telling my balance is 0.06
 
you got to call the number "*369" to hear and *367# to see the actual balance.

also i am not aware of the current numbers.

this was earlier in the year around may when i used it.
 
done.. only the talk time balance, not the data balance

guys hows Aircel's network coverage in mumbai? anyone using it? or better to go for vodafone?

.. +1 till last week I was & firm in my beliefs that Vodafone NEVER cheat consumers (yes, they didn't in last 5-7 years) but they did DAY TIME ROBBERY in 2011 & even I caught them RED HANDED they refuse to accept THEIR fault & payback but after lots of hassle (emails, tweets, mail to Nodal Officer) they finally refund :(
