I think the usual torrents and porn would be blocked, nothing that can't be bypassed using a VPN.
Also do make sure you have good 4G coverage in your area for Jio, ask other users.
With airtel you have an option for 2G/3G when 4G is not available but not with Jio. I moved from Jio to airtel due to this very reason as at my home in Delhi I'm barely getting signals for 4G for Jio, can't even do voice calls without call dropping.
