Reliance Postpaid Plan 499 combo

I've been using this plan for two years now
Welcome to Reliance Communications
When I had started using this plan the download speed being offered was 75 kbps and now it has been increased to 100 kbps.
But I still get the old 75 kbps .
What I wanted to know was that are existing customers' connection speeds automatically upgraded whenever the tariffs are revised ? :S
EDIT: Talked to customer care, turns out I was on a Rs 450 per month combo plan, upgrading to 499 now .

Well i guess you need to talk to the customer care regarding it.

Btw there is a new plan by reliance. 75kbps day and 150kbps night unlimited for Rs 400.

Some of my friends are using it,But customer care ppl have no idea about it :S

I am on a 750 per month unlimited plan but max i get is 17 KBPS

Care to explain in detail which plan are u using????

kbps is not kBps.

capital B indicates a BYTE. small b indicates a BIT.
8kbps = 1kBps.

so your 17KBPS speed is 17*8 = 136kbps.

Connection speed is 75kbps, download speed I usually get around 8 kbps :ashamed:
