Well I applied for a reliance connection(postpaid) on the 6th of this month. Only about 10 days have passed since then, but already the kind of response that their representatives have been giving me has made me make up my mind to give the connection up.....Since I was so pissed off with their inconsistent and random excuses, I had almost got into a quarrel with one of the guys.......He just didn't seem to know what he was talking about and every other guy had a different answer ........Now that I have decided to do something about it, I'd like to know if I can ask for a refund since their services have been unacceptable (I am sure that it'd be futile anyway).....I am even prepared to go on to the consumer forum against these guys for their irresponsible behaviour, misinforming the customer...... So guys,plz advice me on what I should do about this.......
