Ok,

Having some weird issues, have difficulty in obtaining IP address in the starting as well as my upload speeds as well as torrents are capped at 4-5 kbps again, anyone having similar issues.. ?
 
I have tata indicom wimax, and have the same IP address prob.

Most of the time just remove the cable coming to the PC ether net port, wait for 15 secs then plug it in. works most of the time.
 
Well not sure about the wimax but my wired connection has not obtained an IP adress since march 18th 2008, courtsey reliance communications limited. I have ulimately requested a termination of services.......they're not the most dependable service providers if you ask me.
