A friend of mine will be moving to Bangalore along with family. They need to be in a area which is easily commutable from both Malleshwaram and MG. Road.

I need information on the following

1. Which area will fit the bill ?

2. Average rent for 2BHK ? Is it possible to get something in aroun 12k a month or so ?

3. Any information on flats available for rent in the nearby area will be appreciated.

Rajajinagar

Maybe but dont expect anything great.
