Remove duplicates from onedrive

I have a 1 TB OneDrive account that I've added to both my phone and my wife's phone. Since it has uploaded all the images from both devices, there are many duplicate images. How can I remove these duplicates without having to delete them manually?
 
Following, even I would like to know. I know there are duplication finder apps but I haven't found anything substantial. Although it's pretty simple to find Duplicate images(based on Hashed data), it's difficult to find similar images (Needs TF/Pytorch models or use Phash modes).
 
There are such apps, but they all work locally. I couldn't find a duplicate finder app that works on the cloud.

My onedrive has 500 gb data. I will have download everything to scan it.
 
Microsoft removed the find duplicates feature, gives you good hobby project to work upon!

I have made a local copy of all my family pictures. First I use tool to find duplicates based on image exif data, next try to adjust their "date taken" and sort them by YYYY-MM folders, this you can do seperately for each member or merge them together... Foe each case there are some free to use tools, I suck at command line work so went with GUI based ones... All these were on windows so now need similar for mac, doubt they will be easily available for free, else will do pending work on NUC. Let me know, if want the tool names...
 
So i have this hard drive full of google photos export from 7 different accounts which definitely has duplicates and blurred images , i tried to explore Lightroom but didn't get time to get deep dive. Is there any other approaches to get rid of duplicates and remove blurry and repeated images like
