Hello guys, i hear a growling sound in a video file in several parts of the file. Probably the video is not encoded properly when done from a DAT file. The video codec used (according to mediainfo) is mpeg4 visual xvid and audio stream is Mpeg (mp3).

Now i wanted to remove this noise. Plz help me. Is it possible to do this with soundforge 10 ?

Ok guys, the video file is encoded properly but my wd tv media player growls when it plays those videos. Is there any converter where i can convert the mp3 audio track to some other track like the aac or the ac3 without touching the video codec ? In other words except the audio track the video track's codec should remain the same .

Think its a problem with audio in file. Use VirtualDub, split audio and video, then clean audio and join them back.

If its a video problem only in your WD then it could be something related to the file you are trying to play. If possible, posting the file info might help!
