CPU/Mobo Replacement for Gigabyte MA74GMT-S2

Hello Experts,

My Gigabyte MOBO is dead and I need a replacement.
Your advice will surely help me arrive at the right decision.

My Configuration:
CPU : AMD ATHLON X2 240​
PSU : AMIGO (AM-PS500AP) (Also have option for CORSAIR 430)​
Graphic Card: Zotac GFORCE 210 1GB DDR3​
HDD : one SATA, and 3 old IDE​
Usage : Movie watching, moderate gaming & occasional video editing.
Budget : 3K to 5K
Option top on the list so far :
1. Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard for Rs 3800/-
Is it ok for the above configuration ? Anything better ?

Also please advice a good cabinet to go with above Config.
Budget : 2K to 5K
Option on the top of the list:
1. Bitfenix Merc Alpha USB 3.0 Cabinet
2. NZXT Gamma : 2400 ( ref: Best PC Cases)

Please help me choose a good MOBO & Cabinet.

It will help me alot if you could point out major gains on this MSI board over the Gigabyte one.
& the cabinet is surely great. Thanks for pointing it out !
 
That's not a MSI mobo I've suggested - it's an Asus mobo now TBh there's not much difference between the GB mobo you choose and the Asus mobo I've suggested. you can go with either of them but I generally do prefer Asus for better support .

errrr, isn't Asus ASS is done by Rashi who are rather infamous in this department.
