Replacement for NB-2L Li-ion battery.

I have a Canon Camcorder Optura 40. It uses CAN NB-2L, 7.4v 650mAH battery. The charge of the battery is too short, lasts around 40 minutes. For the very reason, I avoid using it. Is there any alternate, ultra high capacity battery available? Where could I buy them?

@Axeman, but what they have listed is NB2L, the one I am using.
