As he closed the thread immediately after his post, i cudnt respond in thread.

[I ws just responding to a Previous Post by virus32win,,, that its SidhuPunjab's offer of 4870 512MB for 9k +shipping is not really a STEAL DEAL, but sidhuPunjab smhow felt OFFENDED Badly n started Posting Crap in his thread.]

2. False, KMD does NOT charge that much. $1=48.77 INR, So KMD wont Charge above Rs. 60 to the dollar.

i dont want want a fight with a fellow TE member... Just posted in response to a previous post, never meant to spoil the thread.

I guess TE is a Technical Community site, n spreading basic info to the buyer abt his desired product is important when he asks for it.
 
k, PM KMD for 100$ card and post his reply screenshot here. have U purchased anything from him ? its not abt $ rate, he has to pay shipping., duties + his own share. Half knowledge is bad man.

Welcome to the party.. going by recent quotations, kmd has hiked his rates to approximately 70 indian bucks to the american dollar

Dont know what happened between you two but just for clarification, KMD charges pretty close to 70.
 
so since KMD has hiked $ price, we should also raise our expectations of price from old card :rofl:...I will say that is sick :rofl:

A new HD 4870 512MB (palit dual sonic) costs arnd 13k locally. so I will say 9k is a pretty ok deal, nothing very HOT though as I was thinking that it would be difficult to sell my HD 4870 1GB even at 10k :P

i m forcing u to buy ? have i priced card acc. to $ rate ?, 'if' I had that intention i can very well ask more coz exact version is 229$, thats approx 15k, I priced acc. to performance not KMD $ rate.

@OP : you posted the link to wrong card. Argued with him with ur noobness abt kmd prices and ask him to sell it for a lower price lol

btw Even ur conversion rate is wrong [phail :P]

1 U.S. dollar = 49.5000495 Indian rupees ...Kmd rates are way high.

if anyone doesn't know, KMD doesn't quote price for another 2 weeks as his previous package are being delayed.

He's talking about the reference cooler dual slot design and not the Toxic.

All prices of difference HD4870 configurations are available in ascending order over HERE.

To be honest, you can't really charge based on the $199 rate since that's for a new 1GB VaporX card while yours in 512MB. I'm still with you on this though. Comparing a stock design with a custom cooler is just crazy.
 
err he bought something for "something" and is selling it at "something lower then the previous something" . that is how we roll ..aiing!

KMD charges close to 70...but more than 60 for sure since he has to pay for shipping or/and any additional costs.
