Reputed but cheap site for AT&T unlock codes

I will be getting a few BNIB AT&T phones around christmas this year.Can someone point a known ebay seller or a website which has a good track record for unlock codes. The phones are Blackberry Bold 4 9900, Skyrocket, Vivid and LG Nitro HD.
