Req: Video thumbnail maker

I need a free video thumbnail maker to produce preview caps in sequence from avi,mpeg,wmv,rmvb,flv formats.

You can play the video in any media player and take a snapshot of the screen using Print Screen button. Then paste it in Paint and crop down the image of your screen to just the image of the video.

ya i initially used to do like that. But i wanted something more easy and time saving.
