TL has zero free leech even for huge packs they work on cash cow model but at-least they don't have the pathetic seeding rule of IPT.The one big advantage which TL has over IPT is even with old torrents the seeders are fast which is not the case for IPT, so if you are looking for new content only than IPT is better and finally IPT is easier to maintain ratio than TL.
