Audio Require IEM (under Rs.3500) for Classical Music (Opera, Violin Solo's Etc) & Rock \m/

Well getting straight to the point, I need a IEM which has
- A Good Sound Stage (better than the Pl-30's atleast)
- Comfortable to wear for hours
- Descent Isolation
- Will be paired up only with the Sansa Clip+ on Flat EQ settings
- I won't consider bass-heavy IEM for this type of music, but they are necessary to me on a Treble(70) : Bass (30) ratio, just to give you an idea that totally sacrificing bass even for classical music is not what i want.
- As of now, I am not planning to get a Amp (cheaper one's atleast) just for the heck of it, but if at all you feel it would be necessary for a better listening experience, please suggest names and provide links if possible.
- I would really appreciate your suggestion if you'll suggest me IEM's which i can get from local dealers such as Pristine Note as i stay in South Mumbai, if you at all consider post-sales servicing and all.

I know i cannot ask even more because i have a limited budget of 3500 bucks, not 35000 Rs.

Please do not suggest :
Sony MDR-EX 1000
(Japanese Flagship: Sony MDR-EX1000 | Headfonia)
Etymotic ER-4
Sennheiser IE8
etc as they are way way over my current setup budget :p :)

Give in your valuable inputs. :cool2:
Thanks

Peace

Brainwavz M3 . Perfectly suits your description of subtle bass ,great mids and treble with medium soundstage. Only downside its about 450 bucks more than your budget if you wish to purchase it officially in India. Ohh and yeah please skip that idea of getting a cheap amp , you won't need it and it would be waste of money IMO.
