512mb ddr1 400 ram- 2 nos
256mb ddr1 400 ram- single

recently sold my 4 year old ram 512mb ddr1 400mhz for Rs600 inclusive of shipping.

As for the proccy, i dont think u can expect much. may be 1k or even less.
