Restored win7 image and getting this error at boot

I restored a win7 ghost os image as my previous win7 was got slow. And now getting this error when it boots. I dont have that win7 dvd it got lost sadly.


Now how shall I boot into the os?

Now my dvd writer isnt reading any dvds but just cds. I hardly used it since past 3 yrs or so. Now what? Can it be done via usb pendrive?

What recovery does it perform exactly? Does it recovers lost boot sector and similar issues and fixes OS boot probs?
