restrict removable USB drives and Software Inst. for specific user WIN 7 - HELP

Guys, for some unknown reason i am unable to understand about the groups, users, members, etc in windows O/s for a very long time. So finding it very difficult to apply restrictions as i am directed to do a lot of configuration for imposing restrictions in several websites

Now i want to restrict USB flash drive access for a STANDARD USER account in windows 7. Apart from that i want to impose some other restrictions like software installation/execution and if there are other restrictions which has to be done to secure my PC, then i am ready to do that. But is there any application to do these things without going into the administration settings or messing up with registry editor ?. Such an application must be password protectable and impose several restrictions like the above for a specific user (standard account) and it should not affect my administrator account.

Please provide me the best app for the above purpose.

BTW my O/s is windows 7 ULT SP1 ...

do you want to disable usb so that it cannot be used on a machine or only for specific user?

For whole machine - You could disable specific usb ports through device manager too. in device manager, go to usb root hub, see which ports are not used and disable them. those ports will stay disabled for standard as well as admin users too. Only admins have access to device manager so put a strong password for that account.
 
I think you would need a software to do this job. or you could use logon scripts to disable USB port. can be done with that usbtor.ini and to restrict users to install software you could use gpedit.msc

just give you broad idea about it. you need to deep dive into specifics to solve your issue.
