Retreiving PC lock/unlock times in XP

Is there any way I can record the date and time at which my computer is locked and then unlocked again?
I want to be able to do this to monitor my comp usage in a day. So need to know the actual time I unlock and start work until I lock it again.

P.S: Not sure if this the right place to be posting this (mods please move if necessary).
 
:) don't really want to put in a key logger.

Just need to know if there is any way we can get the time durations for which the PC is being used actively?
