Android Reverse tethering Query

Hello all... I have Pana T31 mobile with 4.2.2 version. It has a USB internet option thru which I can use my win 7 laptop internet on mobile but configuration is maddening me, any help will be appreciated. I have followed:

(a) Enabled USB internet in mobile.
(b) Shared my wifi connection
The phone says USB internet active but no connection is there. I have checked all help in XDA dev site but no help.
 
Can you do one thing, connect your Phone to Laptop, check if it's modem is installed, then create a connection in Windows 7 using that modem to dial *99# and it you should be able to connect to the Internet using your phone as a modem
