General Specifications according to GSM Arena :

Now, the True Part :

WoW, What a music !
Truly Dolby Digital and really nice set of speakers.
Has a nice wireless FM feature. Although i had slight reception issues. Doesnt matter when u go for music.
FM record and minimizing option is also available !
The Equalizers are really superb. Unlike Nokia, u could seriously feel the difference in between modes !

The earphones, loud enough to blow ones ears. But i would recommend anyone getting this phone to get a Sony Earphone !

And Battery, believe it or not, goes on for 4 days with at least 1.5 hrs music each day along with all other activities.

Apps, the life of a phone now-a-days. GM200 allows all sets of java apps irrespective of their size !

Keys are Hard enough to make u feel tired after keying in 160 chars. Not for an SMS shavy guy ! A very nice number typing mode. Animates each number.

I had some problems with memory card. Had to format to correct it.

GPRS speeds were slow with Opera Mini. And the default browser, to me is useless ! Far slower than 5130XM.

Camera, decent only. Cannot say its gud ! Not as gud as my SE provided !
Video recording is ok. The inbuild flash is ok for Night mode, but makes the pic burst !

Screen is a decent one. Pictures and Videos appear decent. I tried with large Pics and it very nicely opened them with proper size and resolution.

The UI makes me crazy sometimes. Sometimes, when i am doing something, it does something else. Ofcourse, its still in beta stage, LG is constantly improving it !

The worst part, the design.
The same old candy bar look with very very boring colours.
If only they could add some funky colours to the cover.
So, if you are going for a phone @ 5K budget, definitely its a great alternative to 5130XM and other models. It will blow their Covers off.

this is a phone for those who want rugged performance from their phone, not the Brand. I think this is probably the best phone from LG !

Thanx,
BIKI

Do take this as constructive criticism.

1. Instead of posting pics from GSMArena, you should have posted actual pics of your phone, which gives a potential buyer a good idea of how it looks in person.

2. Members would have appreciated it if you had mentioned the essential specs of the phone instead of taking a snapshot of the page from GSMArena.

3. You could have taken a look at a few reviews to get an idea of how exactly they are written instead of hastily specifying your opinions in the name of a review. A clear, concise review is always appreciated.

Now, expecting replies, leave alone praises, is highly subjective. You can't demand them, instead wait to see how many members find it useful. If they really do, they leave a reply in appreciation of your effort.

Hoping to see better reviews from you. :)

Thanx a ton, for your reply !

I was exactly expecting something like this that helps me fine tune what i did ! Never expected a praise as i knew that u guys might have seen far, far, far better reviews than this !

Ok, i note it down for my next review.

>Original Pics

>hmm, essential specs, meaning ?

>hmm, i read a few reviews that were mentioned the same way like they gave their own point of view, so i thought it would be gud if i speak out what i think.

Anyways, my next review would be lot better i assure !

Thanx for the reply again !

Essential specs - Highlighting the specifications that matter.

Yeah, you are expected to give your opinion but in an orderly, categorized manner. This way others are able to judge every aspect of the device with ease.

This is only your first review and I'm sure you will do a splendid job next time round.

Make sure you post it in the review section.

Good luck!
