The cheapest Haswell i7 is i7 4770 which is available for20k, 5-6 k more than a Haswell i5. there will be absolutely no visible performance difference in games between an i5 and i7. Stick to i5 4570 :)

I have just revised the RIG :
Core i5 4670
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H
Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz (4GB x2)
Asus R9 280X 3 GB DCII
Seasonic S12II 620 W
Corsair 300R Windowed Side panel
Asus 24B5ST DVD-RW
 
Just like to add a point here, which people are missing when suggesting the configs. It says "web and print design" priority. How large are the files your working on print OP? If you end up moving your Illustrator and Corel files into Photoshop to convert to tiff, you're going to fill up that 8 gigs of ram REALLY fast.

If you're serious about Print Design and are designing for products larger than A1, if you move your files to PS your RAM usage will go ballistic. I highly suggest going 16gigs.

My print work is less as compared to web so if my budget permits, i'll definitely go for 16Gigs
