Get the version EAC095b2.zip from down the list
Downloading this zip file, extract the contents to a directory like C:\Program Files:\EAC
Download the executable file of LAME from this site
http://audio.ciara.us/rarewares/lame-3.90.3.zip
The file lame.exe from this zipped file is to be put into the main EAC directory, in this case, C:\Program files:\EAC\lame.exe
Open EAC, it will detect the number of cd/DVD roms in your system and give options accordingly, always select "expert user" making full use
of the options when it asks you in the beginning.
After that go to EAC -> EAC options , according to the picture shown below
Extraction - Extraction and compression priority - high ,Error recovery quailty - high
skip general, tools , normalize
go to filename - preferably keep %N - %T in the naming scheme space.
skip catalog, directories, write, interface
Part 2
Drive options
shown in the picture below
Extraction method - > Secure mode - deselect "drive caches audio data", select drive is capable of retrieving c2 Error information
skip the drive tab, go to offset/speed - select "Actual" in speed selection, also select "allow speed reduction during extraction"
go to gap detection - in the gap/index retrieval method , select Detection mehod C
Detection accuracy - Secure
Part 3
Now, go to compression option
skip the waveform tab,
go to the External compression tab, check external program for compression
Parameter passing scheme should select "LAME mp3 encoder" from the list given
Program, including path used for compression, should be the Lame.exe file that you just put in the C:\Program Files\EAC\lame.exe
Select the option "variable bit rate 128 kbps " from down the bit rate list option in the manner shown in the picture
in the Tab "additional command line options"
Put in this command
FOR VBR FILE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY (128-320 KBPS)
-b 128 -m j -h -V 0 -B 320 -q 0
Go to the offset tab, select "write Freedb ID into ID3 tag comment field", and also "use LAME command line encoder/decoder for decoding mp3
files"
Go to the ID3 tag tab, and select the first two options, namely "use ID3V1.1 tags...." and the second "additionally write ID3V2 tags,using.."
and in the tab, "construction of filenames from ID3 Tags"

Part 4
After doing this, if you have an original Audio Cd, you should be able to tag the files according to their database enty in FreeDB, for this
you need to go to freedb options from the EAC tab selection in the main menu, as shown in the figure
In the main freedb screen, type in any junk e-mail address in the e-mail address and then press OK.
from the picture shown below get the tags from the main menu as shown.
Your files should be now tagged.
After your files are tagged, you can now proceed to rip these files into mp3s with perfect ripping quality and high quailty encoding.
select the "mp3" icon shown in the picture
and rip those files in the directory you wish to, and happy ripping
