PC Peripherals Rma of G.Skill 2x2 gb ripjaws in mumbai ???

Greetings To all !!!
Recently my 2x2 gb ripjaws gone bad and now want to rma it :)
I bought them from primeabgb.
so Can people Rma'ed there G.Skill rams shed light on the process.
i went to prime on Monday last weak but they said that rma is closed on Monday as the technical guy don't come on that day :/
any member having Rma experience with Primeabgb in G.Skill ???
how much time they take ???

I am not sure if Prime would accept those sticks, unless it was DOA. Does Prime have such a facility to RMA the stuff purchased through them before?

I have RMA'd a pair of Ripjaws (May 2011) which had arrived DOA but this wasn't purchased from Prime but SMC, Delhi. I believe G.Skill's service in India is still handled by Acro Engineering Co. (it used to be before). I had sent them a mail - sales@acrotechindia.com and they had suggested me to ship the kit back to SMC itself. And they sent me a replacement promptly.
 
prime do have this service !!!!
but it is closed on Monday :/ my bad luck that i went that day :(
i hope they will check it and give me an replacement there itself.
as i need to travel there from thane which takes whole day of mine to return home :(
just waiting for my paper to get over :)

It depends on who imported the Ram , prime provides support for Ram imported by them , there is also Tirupati importing Gskill Ram in India
