CPU/Mobo RMA process for G.Skill RAM?

Communication was done over email and WhatsApp.
No questions asked replacement was approved.
Required invoice (copy) to be shipped with item.

RAM was purchased by original buyer in 2022.
Was 32GB GSkill SODIMMs.
Original invoice was in their name.

Was asked for a return address and was shipped to me without any trouble.
Got an invoice for the replacement stick mentioning it was replaced against older stick serial.
Was shipped the same SKU, but older than the one I sent in for RMA...But it works so not an issue.

Overall positive experience with the process.
hey i have a brand new gskill 16gb ram stick that i bought from amazon India which is not working, can you tell me what exactly do i need to do in order to get it serviced?

First check if the importer is Acro or Tirupati.
Because Acro just brushed if off when I went to them with Tirupati imported sticks and invoice.
Not sure if there is a 3rd.
Should be mentioned on the packaging.
 
i got a deflective product and for defective ones you have to contact the service center

Contact Acro or visit one of their pickup location.

Carry it in with the original invoice with serial, they will test it on location there and they will forward it for RMA.
