I have a PNY pendrive which went kaput around 10 days back.

  • I bought this from ebay leat year in march (March 2008). I don't have the bill as the ebay seller did not provide the bill.
  • But I have the original box with the import sticker. The importer is Fortune Marketing.
  • Also, the box says "5 Year warranty"

Questions:
  1. Can I claim warranty
  2. Where is the fortune office in bangalore?
  3. Is there a onsite warranty or website to claim warranty for PNY?

tried calling the fortune guys many times...all in Vain...

finally wrote a stinker and got a response...very prompt:)

I again queried about on spot replacement to which they wrote

Yes. after repair/replacement it will be couriered back to your add... Or else you can directly come to our office on Saturday with the defective pen drive, will replace it on hand to hand basis..

Any contact in Mumbai..??

Well luckily my pen drive is still intact... but who knows.. (touch wood..)
