Looking for any overclocking in future ?

If yes, you should get atleast Asus M5A97 R2.0, costs approx 7K.

Same was case with me. I had stopped buying Asus products due to Rashi. However now it is handled by Digicomp & Digicare, which is better than Rashi. @Brendon have recently RMA-ed his board, IIRC. He had good experience.

I too have bought same board last month after below par treatment from Gigabyte/Accel.

The thing is Gigabyte was using Digicomp earlier which was good but they have shifted to Accel which is crap. So while ASUS has improved their serice support by migrating to Digicomp, Gigabyte's service support has gone down. I too used a Gigabyte board for 5 years without any problems but the teething issues at their service center is not very reassuring.

you wont face any problem unless you are overclocking and the system is unstable due to it :)
