Yes, 3060ti is close to the 2080 super.

There's a huge performance gap between the 3060 and the 3060ti and the reason why is that because the "ti" chips are not better binned versions of the base chip but a bad bin of the higher end chip.

So 3060ti is a 3070 chip which couldn't reach 3070 levels of performance so they called it a 3060ti.
