WTB RTX 3080, 3080 Ti or RTX 3090

Looking for RTX 3080, 3080 Ti or 3090 for a friend who recently sold his 3060 Ti. Can consider 3070 Ti as well but only if its priced lucratively since its not that big of an upgrade from 3060 Ti, not interested in AMD.

Preferred Brands : Zotac with 5 years warranty or Founders Edition.

Thanks but already have an offer for under 1.20 for 3080 ti fe. The new Tis (3070 ti and 3080 ti) are just not good value cards even at their original msrp and them being lhr cards only makes them less desirable.
