Has anyone who ordered received their tracking details yet? They invited me to purchase the 5080 and I completed my payment yesterday via their email payment link but I haven’t heard back from them ever since.

Looks like their website is down again. This happened during previous Nvidia card launches too, probably because of the sudden spike in traffic they get when they list these cards openly for purchase.

I visited the website yesterday, and it was working fine. No 5090s yet, though, as that is what I wanted too. Had to settle for the 5080 for now.

They dont send tracking in the email (atleast in my case).. you will get a msg from bluedart that you are receiving a package and the tracking number.. took 2 days from the time i made the payment for me.
EDIT: i did however get a confirmation that your order will be processed shortly after i had made the payment.
It's up and running fine. Just doesn't work on Jio mobile and fiber for some reason.

Was that confirmation from PayU? Or from STPL? Because the only confirmation I have received till now is the one from PayU telling me that my payment went through.
I think something is definitely up with their website. Because it was working perfectly fine yesterday for me and now it just doesn’t work at all (and I’ve tried both Excitel and Airtel).

Once i made the payment i replied on the invite email stating i've made the payment and attached a proof.. then they made the confirmation afterwards. I also emailed them next day asking for a tracking number but got no reply.. next day i recieved the msg from bluedart so im chilling for now.

Gotcha, thanks! I did the same thing basically and haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully, I’ll also get the confirmation and tracking details soon.
