Rules and Regs , what all shud be kept

Hey guys , i need a set of rules to be kept for my College Fest's lan gaming tourney , which at the moment includes CS 1.6, NFS : MW , and FIFA 07 .

For CS 1.6 , i found these

i think i can use this with some editing. Are they enough ?

What all should be there for NFS MW , and for Fifa ?
