Not joking. I am serious. Bought 1600 from this forum and RMAed it for 2600X.

The package was delivered on the 17th of March, I received a message from @Kirancr7 on the 20th of March, saying that I had cheated him. I had sent him the packing video, and as shiprocket requires I had taken pictures of the packed package, and on the weighing scale as well. I have shared these with @Kirancr7 . He has hasn't taken an unboxing video but sent me a pic after unpacking. Which has broken speaker parts in it. My intention is not to smear anyone but rather get down to the bottom of what's happened and why. I have roused shiprocket regarding this discrepancy and shared whatever I had in terms of video and pics with them, and they are initiating an investigation into this. I have spoken to them and they have told me that POD complaints can only be initiated within 72 hours of delivery so that is out of my hands(as he contacted me on the 20th), however I have still intimated shiprocket of the same. Again this post is in the interest of transparency and being upfront.

It's good that you took safety precautions. Has read few other incidents like this.
Hope mods look into it and take action on culprit by banning from forum.

Why would he resort to such insults in an instant instead of actually trying to resolve the issue, a senior member of the forum with lots of feedback won't destroy his reputation just for Rs 6000 or so which should be very obvious imo.

@blackhorn thank you for posting this. I wish I could think it wasn't by him. I really do. Within the span of the product reaching me, we had several conversations about our mutual interests.

Coming to the shipment, it didn't have any sort of hints that it had been opened after it was packaged by the seller. that is why I can't think it wasn't opened en route for someone to swap it with a dead tweeter. Since I trusted him, didn't feel I need to take an unboxing video which was a mistake from my part in hindsight I should have taken an unboxing video regardless.
My reaction to the situation was out of frustration when I opened it and I sincerely apologise to @blackhorn if its not his fault.
Anyone can figure out that my intention was not to put him in a bad light in the forum or cheat him out of him money since I hadn't posted it here or even ask him for the amount.
After the whole thing I really didn't know what went wrong.
I think its best to leave it as it is.

Ps. Sorry for the late update. I hadn't seen his post since I was busy with work.

Thanks @tapankunu , @rehankumar , @FerroSilicius . I can understand @Kirancr7 frustration, if I put myself in his shoes I would be pissed off as well. However I will say this, I am already pursuing this at my end, and if at all your Co operation in this will go a long way in resolving this as early and as favourably as possible. And I assure my highest level of co operation, I have nothing to hide.
