Forerunner
I got a really good deal on a Ryzen 3600 but it has (at least) two bent pins. Image. (circled in Red in Bottom left and Top Right) Image is of 30 MB so might load slowly

I want to know opinions if I should proceed with this and straighten them or pass it?

@mods : This post is made with the intent to seek suggestions if straightening the pins is a feasible idea and thus I did not mention a price here.

Maje karo , if you have pair of tweezers pins could be straignet if it not completely broken off

lol ,saw the pic ,just pulled the proc along with cpu cooler:D

Bottom left pin seems to be broken ,but if its intact you might get lucky ,since its a corner you could put it in place using tweezer and minor solder drop might keep it in place

Seems to be memory channel b and audio pins are affected

if it happens to be VSS pin fir toh mauja hi mauja

with b channel not working , all the rams in a channel would work

There was a youtube video where he was removing CPU pins and checking whether it works or not
CPU stopped working after 6/7 pins were removed
Have you checked its not working ? It should be working i think

If you are getting a very good deal then you can actually use this as an experiment. But that left down broken pin makes the resale vale next to nothing. Plus as others might have pointed maybe it's a dual channel pin.
I would say good for experiment not worth for long term.

Thanks for the insightful responses. Really appreciate your speedy help. So, a few additional details, the guy who is selling this claims this was their state from Day 1 but I think he never really saw the processor properly. The pin we suspect as broken is apparently levelled to the ground and he could not lift it either. I too suspected he damaged the dual channel pin but since he uses a single stick, he does not have the resources to check it.

From the diagram shared by @burntwingzZz , it seems the MB_DATA[30] pin is badly damaged which is a memory channel pin.

I will check if he can ship me his processor and I will try to straighten them but I feel bad for the kid who owns it. He does not understand the mess and is innocent enough to think the bent pins are the original design. I've warned him to not insert the processor to see if it damaged so I hope he pays heed to my words. Somehow, I feel a responsible for this as had I not shown my intention to purchase it, he wouldn't yank it. If I can salvage the processor, I will either send it back to him or sell it off here on his behalf.

Bottom left ones can be corrected easily but the top right isnt at all clearly visible. Has the owner removed all frustrations on it or is a complete noob?

I have corrected my such bent pins in past decades be it pin or pin-less processor/mobo. It all depends how gentle you are while maintaining uber level patience and not hurrying at all..
I simply used homely tools like needles, pins, tweezers, tiny screwdrivers etc. and I never failed.

Just ensure those arent fully flat bent ones as erecting them might break them.

In one rare situation I also managed to assemble the combo with 2 broken pins but warned the user this is fixed for once as next time when he disassembles, it will be all messed up and processor will be useless forever!
