1. Ryzen 5 3500 with bill box and warranty in new like condition. Heatsink unused.
2. Corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz ddr4 ram. Comes with invoice. Has samsung B die. Can be pushed higher easily. Has lifetime warranty.

Isn't that a self fulfilling prophecy of sorts? If you don't list prices, there are fewer points of reference for the market to compare (the very same market in which you sold a processor at a price which was agreeable to both you, the seller, and the the buyer) as a whole, hence only contributing to increase the volatility and making the prices even more unstable.

Taking current market price and discounting it suitably is a better reference than taking price reference of used market price in the past. Removing the pricing here will not make it more unstable imho.
