I found a combo deal on facebook market place. User is selling Ryzen 5 7600X + A620M Asus tuf wifi at 25K price. Both are under warranty for next 1.5 year no box but bill is available. This looks a great deal to me.

Seller lives 40 minutes from my place. What all things i should check before buying.

Why buy it used for 25k when you can get new 7600x + b650 for around 27k?

You can get new 7600+b650 for around 25k.

Yeah won’t be asus tuf, but it will still be b650 instead of a620.

Generally A620Ms will be 7k to 8k and 7600x is 19k. These prices are for new ones. If you deduct 1.5 years of use then they must come for 22k both.
A620Ms don't have more options for either overclocking or under locking. Just limited options.
Go with B650Ms if you want VRM stability in the long run.
But TUF series are good boards from their prior or present state of boards and are generally priced premium.
Nowadays hardware unboxed always suggest Asrock, Gigabyte, MSI B650 & B650M boards in the entry to mid tiers and Gigabyte & MSI for X670 boards.
Watch hardware unboxed reviews for best B650 boards and for A620M boards before going for the buy. Okay.
