Android S7 Edge "Moisture Detected" Problem

Hii,
I own a samsung s7 edge which is one year old and out of warranty.
From past 4 days, I am getting "Moisture detected" error when I am inserting the charger in port. The phone never came in direct contact with water. Sometimes after a lot of tries, the phone detects the charger but the fast charging turns off.
Please help, what should I do.

Put it in a bag or a box of rice and leave it there for minimum of 12 hours, Should solve the problem.
