Safe to deal on TRADUS?

I have bought 2 items from tradus . Didnt face any issue. But i only buy from a 96% above seller and with atleast 200 review
 
I have received broken/damaged items from tradus. So better to stay away from it for high value products.
 
it would be safer , if u don't transact for a higher value.....there are many issues with them customer care , returns and other things , plus there is no way to contact the seller except sending a message
 
i have got low value items from tradus but high value stuff which were bought using coupons are never honored they just cancel order and refunds take ages
 
I had bought a HTC Explorer for my cousin from Tradus a year ago... Got the phone without a bill for warranty... It took months of back and forth for them to send a bill...

Thankfully, phone worked well and my cousin didn't need to visit a service center for the duration of warranty...
 
I also made 3 low valued transaction from tradus and all of them were good. But heard many complaints about tradus.
 
Spending a few bucks more and getting it from a reliable site is far more better then the tension you face after your transaction may go kaput
 
I think tradus is quite decent in service....it is not the site that sells but acts as mediator....buy from dteez...better reps...have bought lcd tvs and other stuff and never faced a problem...stay away fromsites like timtara...complete cheats.
 
I have bought multiple items from Tradus never faced any issues, just check the ratings and feedback of the seller.
 
Im very dis-satisfied with Tradus service, they cancel the orders at drop of an hat & refunds take a lot of time reflecting in your account.

Then there's no phone/calling support. What sort of online shopping does business like that!:annoyed:
