I thought not to start a thread myself but constant crapping and accusitions makes me sick of this guy.

This is all about the E90 i'm selling.

Here's everything-
He pm'd me with a trade offer.I told him my offer,it didn't happen.Later upon negotiations we agreed upon a price when i came to know its a U.S. purchase.There was no warranty.I got a better deal local,sold my other e90 for a tp.

Later this guy put an offer for purchase of my e90,the one i'm selling here.He was more interested in coming to my home and picking it up.I am not in ambala/chandigarh since a month.So i simply asked him to accept a courier.I was buying D2 from Shripad so a asked him to deposit the money in his account.It didn't happen for 3 days.Instead i get a call from him asking about my family , what my dad does,why my phone number is chandigarh's while i'm in chennai (i was on a project).I Got No Money.Instead i was asked to send the phone on the first day he told me he'll pay.

So i asked him to drop the idea for now and let me come back to chandigarh so we can deal in person.I cannot ask anyone else to.And since the courier was supposed to be done by my bro i can't take the headache of asking him everyday when this guy promises to pay.The money never got into shripad's account.I had to give up on his td2.

Now , the buyer was aware i'm supposed to go to US on 8th sep.But some plans changed and i had to leave 3 days earlier to London.And i wasn't online.

Next i got a pm from him asking when i'm coming.I told him sorry i had to go to US earlier and apologized.Its then he pm'd me with a message that he knew my true colors,etc etc.

And now he's crapping every thread o mine active in TP telling ppl i'm a prick and all that shit.
How do you think i can sell my phone to him after such acts?

If any mods want to read his pm's take my login/password.Each one is saved.

I'll be back in india on sunday.I've not asked anyone for a deal before that.You can ask the ppl who pm'd me for the phone.All were put on wait.
 
Looks like anyone can come one and ruin anyone's rep- whether the accused is innocent or not. You should ignore him and go ahead with the sale thread. People know how good/bad regular members are.
 
The reason why your deal failed with him is because of Lack of trust between the buyer and seller.

just saw the history of the buyer. indeed he has a bad track record and I suggest he should be blacklisted
 
Well, You should have known better than to even agree for a deal with him in the first place after this

Instead of lamenting on what's happening to you now, You should be happy that the deal did not go through, you at least have your phone intact with you to use or sell to someone who trusts you. Its a lot better than the raw deal that archat68 got. Having your phone unsold is a lot better than loosing money and getting back a bricked phone in return. ;)

Consider yourself lucky that you didnt had to deal with him. Search abt him in this forum itself. He's bad news. too much talk.

Forget him. why bother?

i was very busy these days to post/browse any forum.so i didn't know anything about it , except a little.

I'm not talking about the deal.and there was no lack of trust either.I can't compel someone to buy phone from me or even initiate the deal :)

Its about the guy's attitude and posts happening now.

OMG!!! Thanks for starting the thread......Poor seller, with those sort of wordings, I am amazed that the guy has not been banned, and if only I can get to know the world famous forums where the buyer is an admin, lol.......
 
Just went thru the other thread. Surprised he's not banned yet, what with all that threatening and posturing against the members and TE admins/ mods...
 
There should be direct ban without any warning. Now days People from here n there ruining our glories community freely.
 
I wonder how can people risk their reputation on an online forum like this, doing some petty cheap things. And I am not only talking about the concerned person in this thread, but in general. These days, due to forums and social networking sites, it is quite easy to spread the bad-reputation and you never know when it can come back to haunt you in future. And I know of some companies doing background checks before recruiting employees - and that can include online profile checks as well.

Such behavior can give you momentary gains, but it might boomerang in a very bad way in future - possibly future job, deals or relationships.
 
Thank god i didnt buy the HTC TP that he was selling in this forum.when he had opened the thread all i had asked were some pics.after mailing the pics he was just adamant that i'll hafta buy the fone & wat not.
 
Its better to have ur phone in working condition than to sell and refund the amount and have a bricked phone i wonder why archat agreed for a refund and now we see this , i agree with ya all i feel mods needs to take a decision on this

and nishant ur lucky cos u didnt send ur phone to him

Prepare yourself to be visited by some very influential persons whom Mr Sakshamkatyal knows (he knows such persons all over India). You can be sure to get such threats in the coming days.

Thank your lucky stars that you did not sell the phone in the first place. Otherwise you could have ended up with a bricked phone and would have also had to return the TP2 or faced legal action!!!!!!!!!!

BTW Good for you that the deal didn't go through ..

PS : Just been going through his profile over at XDA .. Guy doesn't half of what he thinks he knows about flashing and cooking ROM's for Windows Mobile .
