samsung electronics india limited is mergd with samsung toshiba storage division ( ODD & HDD ) TSST and al hdd/odd warranties will be now offered by samsung electronics india.

warranty of samsung products sold by SES in India is not supported by Samsung India.SES has stopped many offices in India especially all offices in South India resulting in halt of replacements of products sold & supported by SES.

"Samsung India spokesperson, Ruchika Batra said, that the company's India operations will henceforth take care of warranty repairs and necessary support for all Samsung HDDs, that have been sold in the country. “Like its other IT products, Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (SIEL) will facilitate service support for its hard drives too,†Batra added. "

PLEASE NEVER BUY ANY SES SUPPORTED PRODUCT UNLESS IT HAS A SUPPORT FACILITY IN YOUR AREA.PLEASE DOUBLE CONFIRM !!!!
