Anyone looking to also get the Galaxy Watch4 Classic or exchange their phones will probably still be better off making the purchase from Samsung's bank/corporate site. Otherwise, this is fine for those who only want the phone.

I don't think it's possible.
Especially from online sites. If it's bought from a shop you know, you can rewrite the bill before filing for GST returns for that period.
Even if you modify the bill, the other person must give you input credit for you to get a refund.

The thing is if GST has been claimed, he can pass on the cost reduction to you. But you can't apply for a fresh GST for an invoice in someone else's name.
At least that's my understanding.

I think you should claim the GST .
Taking this kind of loss for an impulse (itch) is totally uncalled for.

One cannot claim GST without a GST number and nowadays the GST officers have become finnicky towards GST claim of high end phones and for claiming GST credit the mobile should have been invoiced against the GST number as it is via samsung i don't think they will cancel the previous invoice and reissue another invoice so GST credit for the above phone is not possible.

For physical shops it is simply a matter to cancel the previous invoice and reissue it against the GST number but as the GST laws are still confusing some might even refuse to do so.
