Samsung is working on a new lineup of Galaxy smartphones. Falling under the tag of Galaxy Mega, these smartphones are alleged to have huge display size that span between 5.8 inch to as big as 6.3 inch (we are still talking about phablets here, although the boundary between 7 inch tablets and large phablets is growing thinner and thinner). The full specifications of the upcoming Mega Phablet has been leaked online (and is not as impressive as the name suggests).
Samsung Galaxy Mega

The Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 is a 5.8 incher phablet of the upcoming Mega series by Samsung (different from the Galaxy Note series). While the name suggests an uber high end premium device, the reality is starkly different. The specifications are mid-range, and the big display doesn't necessarily mean higher end phone (unlike the trend set with the Note series, which receives the cream of the crop features). This is however the first of the Mega series smartphones, which more higher end models also in tow. The particular model with leaked specifications is GT-I9152.

The specs are a mixed bag, nothing can be said as of now as we have no clue of the pricing, but seeing Samsung expect them to price the phone a bit on the higher side (more than the Galaxy Grand at least).
