This is more painful now. Its like Pareto theory. For first 80% of work you need 20% of effort and for remaining 20% you need to put 80% effort. TE is one of the best place i have dealt in last 1 year. never have encountered people like this one.
@abhi_jollyguy buddy be more strict. Ask him to deposit by tommo only else I m FIR-ing this thing. So much of stress you have gone through. :no2:

Get the money and put a case on him for mental harrasement!
 
Too many days have gone by now....call his dad and tell him what his son is upto....if he is just as useless then take help of blore teians....if else you can always go to the cops tell them he tried to defame dtdc and cheated you (like in past at te)
 
I just messaged him on phone that are you depositing the amount today on which he replied - Monday morning without fail u will have amount in your account. I am not in station will be back on sunday evening.
 
He is making reasons :-/ But don't worry we have his / his dad's office address. We can sue him in a right way now. :D Just have patience, you will get your money back.
 
Only if he was a local i would have gone straight to his house/office, I think its high time if he did not deposit the money on Monday call his dad and tell him about all this sh**.
 
Wait 1 more week and then tell him to stop BS and then file an FIR without hitch. The seller needs to have his ass kicked very hard.

Why is it that the crooks are always the ones that are out of station?
 
What I came to know one thing that he has done all this knowingly. It was pre-planned from his side. He needed the money that time so he listed the phone on sale in For sale section and rest you guys know everything that what has been happening with me since then as I am updating you his each and every step/conversation.

Exactly, he thought it will be easy if he just say that the courier guy stole the phone. He thought you will believe him and fight for your phone with Courier guy. Since you raised an objection and forced him to resolve this or launch a FIR he got scared and made another story that he found the phone. He thought it is easy to fool people where deals are proceed with trust taken in the consideration since we don't have secure payment gateway active here on forums. However, because most of the TE members involved in this matter, we found his dad's name, phone number and exact address. Now he knows, if he doesn't pay you rest of the amount. We have enough information to sue him.

I am pretty sure he is watching this thread anonymously. Nevertheless, it is better for us. At least he knows there are people who can sue him. I request people from Bangalore to involve and help the buyer to get his money back. That way, it will be beneficial for buyer and Techenclave. At least people will know the result of fraud attempt on a website where deals run on TRUST. :-)

Called on the number right now. His elder brother picked up the phone and i asked him directly when will you pay the rest of the money. He was baffled. I asked him if he is Deepak. Then he clarified his credentials and i explained the matter to him. I said that you guys still owe ~4k so when will you return the money. He said his father will come after festival to mysore (or something like that) and he will rectify the matter asap. I asked him if we should file a FIR or not, He said give me some time to ask his father.
Name of elder brother : Chandru.

P.S : This may be deepak and he may have duped me but i guess if we keep on trying abhi_jolly would get his money.

Deepak aka masterpradeep do not answer my calls because he knows my number now. But all my sms are delivering to him.

I think mods should put this seller into the blacklisted seller list now.

I know 1 thing for sure. Either you are going to get your money back or he will be irritated to hell by my calls and texts and he would then dump the number. :bleh:
I hope it is the latter.
 
I feel you should have filed an FIR by now, it is too long a time for all this sh!t, enough time and opportunities have been given to the guy from yourside, if you are serious about getting your money back, please file an FIR ASAP !!! The more time you take for doing this, the more you are weakening your own case !!!
 
Just call his dad and let him know about this.ask his dad to transfer the amount as deepak is not doing so.time given by you to him is more than enough.now its time to act.
