Just called the cops of bangalore and given them all the details of this fu**ing bastard and idiot.
They said, you will need to file an FIR against him in your city, but we will try to call him and will take care. I requested them that please do your best. Let see now.
Once get the calls from bangalore cops, then will decide further.
Hope for the best now.

Well they usually try to reach a compromise at first, if he still doesn't oblige by giving you your remaining money back even after getting the call, then they will try and threaten him of picking him up from his house, and if still doesn't budge then they will take action and try to bring him in.
Filing an FIR in India is a very difficult task, unless you have someone known to you at higher positions, if not then he can also manipulate the police by giving bribes, have seen so many of such cases and this is their standard procedure all over India. FIR is the last thing, and that too only happens when the complainant has some backing of his own ....
So do keep all this in mind as well when pursuing this further, as you will see how it all unfolds.
If you have someone known at a higher position, i request you to start exerting that pressure right from the starting, and not wait till the end !!!

You can just spend some money and go to his house. Get a few people from TE along with you when you go to his house. He will have to show his ass up
It would not be worth the time for abhi_jolly to come from MP to Bangalore... instead he can have TE members from Bangalore visit the guy's place and threaten him... I am willing to throw my hat into this if any help is required... People like him must be taught a lesson so that he doesn't pull this kind of dirty tricks again, not only here in TE but to any other person in general...
I am still in touch with the bhopal cyber police station and called them too and they said me that please email him that you have provided all the info. regarding this transaction to us(Bhopal cyber crime police station) and there is 2 years non-bailable jail with fine. So today I have emailed this info. to Deepak. I'm in touch with Inspector Praveen there. This is for sure, whether it takes time but now I am not gonna leave him.

Just had words with Inspector and he said that he has called this guy masterpradeep aka deepak gowda and his father and they said We don't know anything regarding this deal :bigok:. He is lying to the Inspector now. I have requested the inspector to do the needful and take the necessary action on this. I have told him that this deal was happened on the forum name techenclave.com in the market section. Let see now. I have each and every possible details of this deal and transaction. I won't leave him at any cost not because I want the remaining 4k. Because he harassed me so much.
Bro, take the print out of the your statement with 19k transfer from your account and the amount he paid from his account from the bank with banks seal.
Submit the statement proof to the police and Next time ask them, don't you know anything about me. As always once they said no, he gets caught.
