Yes Bro its the original bill..I had emailed and talked to the seller regarding this on phone also...
He said he always send these bills to all his customers and they never get any problem when contacting Samsung Service...
He assured me in case of any problem to contact him via email / contact number and he would help...He is a reputed seller check tradus snapshot i uploaded..
 
Bump...final price dropped to 24555 shipped....now its 100% stock rom 4.1.2...counter reset...samsung official....device status - normal...
