To all interested, first up, let me say sorry for not being able to reply to your PMs. On the suggestion of a few knowledgeable members, I decided to give a thorough checkup to the handset. To my horror, I found that the IMEI number of the sticker attached on the back and the IMEI of the phone do not match. Although, everything was working fine, I decided to dig deeper and through Phone Info app's refurbishment check, I found that the handset is a refurbished one. This was primarily the reason, I did not respond to your PMs, as I wanted to make sure that I left no facts hidden. So consider this as a refurbished mobile. I have decided to drop the price by 2K because of this. However, I guarantee that it is very stable and am also prepared to provide 2 days testing warranty because of this.
I know I should have done this before posting but anyways...better late than never...sorry once again.

One question is this a US version or the UK version as the charger provided looks like the UK one and the box says only American simcards.

Also i would request to check the IMEI # on imei.info as its very rare to have a different imei on the phone and the sticker even if its a refurb piece.

You won't be interested in a nexus 5+ cash trade I guess. Would have been very interested.

But am short of cash and selling off the nexus will take a lot of time. Am from Kolkata.

Hmmmm. Sounds like the grey market models available here in Kolkata near the docks.

They function fine if checked properly while buying but something is funny with iemi stickers. But as far as my experience goes these are not fakes. I have owned and used a few myself.

Where is the original seller based in?

i would suggest you to settle for nothing less than a refund from @The Knight. He might promise a new replacement which will not be refurbished to the naked eye. But believe me, it will be, i have gone through it. His dealer source is selling all refurbished/repaired products. Also compare the box of your Note 3 with some other box. it may also be locally made along with the accessories.
