The Samsung Galaxy Note II is looking very likely to skip the Android 4.2.2 Jellybean and seems to be updated in the near future directly to the upcoming Android 4.3 update globally, which is supposed to be unveiled officially by Google in the upcoming months. This news is being revealed after the Australian carrier Telstra received a confirmation that the Samsung Galaxy Note II 4G model will skip Android 4.2.2 and be updated officially directly to 4.3 JB.
This is being speculated on a global scale as well after the Australian operator, Telstra stated that ' “Samsung have elected globally to skip the 4.2.2 update for this device and will instead go to a newer version of Android. No schedule has been provided for this update.”
This image below further clears that doubt.
