ngPay seems to have 10% cash back on the Samsung Galaxy S2 bringing the final price to 26900/-

Are there better Diwali deals out there, as most websites seem to have slashed prices!

Also , with Nexus Galaxy being announced in ~ 7 hours? , is this a safe buy?
