Samsung Galaxy Star Pro S7262 With 4" Display, Dual-SIM Launched At Rs 6730

Samsung has launched a new budget Android smartphone in India dubbed Galaxy Star Pro GT-S7262 which is priced at Rs 6730.



The Galaxy Star Pro looks almost identical to the Galaxy Trend and Galaxy S Duos, but comes with lower specs. It has a 4 inch WVGA TFT display and is powered by 1GHz single-core Cortex A5 processor and 512MB RAM with 4GB internal storage + microSD slot.

You will find just a 2MP rear camera and no front facing camera, there is no 3G support. Connectivity options include 2G EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. The battery is 1500mAh. The Star Pro Duos runs Android 4.1 jelly Bean OS.

It is now available on online retailer Flipkart for Rs 6590.

Age of Rs 4k Android from Samsung is fast approaching...ideally 4inch screen..2 MP cam with flash -wi-fi plus 3G--and JB will be ideal--perhaps by 2014 spring..

Definitely, but remember it lacks 3G.

Would say no. Loosing out on connectivity and camera both for gain of RAM n internal storage.
